Order Cancellation

– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them without any penalties. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@kouradiamondjewelry.com or call us at (123) 456-7890.
– After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and it may not be possible to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

Returns

– We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@kouradiamondjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for the return process.
– Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at exchanges@kouradiamondjewelry.com.
